Pay attention I will say this slowly ... DanzeAttack is for anyone who wants to dance especially if you think you can't dance. Ages are typically over 25's with no upper age limit and we welcome blokes as well as ladies.

Or maybe you're looking for something funky to do for a party? Well it doesn't get much better than a DanzeAttack Party specialising in Hen Parties up and down the UK. You bring the attitude and we'll bring the leg-warmers, bandannas and tutus!

DanzeAttack is a 3 hour dance session. How long I hear you cry!  Don't panic the Attack has a great warm-up to wake up all those joints and muscles and then we start to slowly learn the routine.  Imagine the pressure you'd feel under if you had to master the Attack in only 2 hours.  This way we can make sure everyone is still with us.  There are clearly also breaks, for fresh air or simply to be plugged back into the oxygen tent - now I'm only joking.

Whilst I'm a big fan of Strictly Come Dancing that is sooooooo not what DanzeAttack is about.  Think MTV. More backing dancers to Kylie, Will or even Justin.  This stuff is modern, fun, edgy and full of attitude.
